Refund Policy

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY. We do not normally give refunds just because you change your mind. If we do offer a refund, there will be a restocking fee of AU$25 or 10%, whichever is greater.. Original PROOF OF PURCHASE AND RETURN AUTHORISATION FORM ARE REQUIRED.

Shipping

Unless otherwise instructed by the customer, Amy's Garden will ship orders via Australia Post, at the customers expense, as stated on the on-line order form. Goods in stock will usually be shipped within 1-2 working days. Orders that require manufacture or modification may require up to 7-14 working days. We will at all times endeavor to ship your purchase as soon as possible. We will not be held responsible for late arrival of orders due to shipping delays.

Insurance

Please advise on your order form if you require insurance. International and local shipping insurance is at your cost and at your request only.

Warranty

Many items carry a 12 month warranty period from date of consignment provided that:
  1. The goods have not been repaired or altered without the technical attention and authorization of Amy's Garden, or it's authorized officers.
  2. Amy's Garden reserves the right to waive or amend specific warranty on individual products.
  3. The goods have not been subject to use outside the extremes of the stated specifications under normal conditions.

Special Note

Amy's Garden and associated entities do not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage sustained by the buyer however arising, from the use or ownership of products purchased from Amy's Garden.
Amy's Garden will honor product warranty as provided by the original manufacturer, for the period stated in the attached instructions, providing the product has not been abused or misused. Many items have different warranty periods from 3 months to 2 years depending on product. Please contact this office for warranty info on a particular product.
Prior to sending a product back for warranty a customer warranty return form and a return authorization number is required.

Warranty Return Costs

Products that are returned for warranty repair will be forward shipped at the customer's expense. After assessment, and if the products are covered under warranty, we will pay return freight costs. However, if a fault cannot be found, and the product is deemed to be in good working order or not covered by warranty, the customer pays shipping both ways and pays Amy's Garden a $25 service fee prior to the return of the products.
If the goods are covered under warranty, we will pay the return costs only, and for the repair or replacement of the product. Batteries are not covered under warranty, (so check battery levels before returning) and power supplies only carry a 3 month warranty.

Goods must be packaged in a secure method with a minimum of 2cm depth of bubble wrap or similar material for protection during transport. Failure to comply with these requirement could void your warranty. All goods returned for warranty or refund etc MUST be in original condition and packaging.
